well I take you want the Flash IDE and that you can download as a trial for 30 days. CS4 costs around 700 I think but it may cost lower if you can get CS3 it is cheaper and if your a beginner CS3 is recommended.

is it possible to make games that permits the control of the motion of the wii-mote? like in wii sports bowling, if you were to tilt the wii mote then the ball would spin slightly?
