The only way to play copied and import Wii games, homebrew, and DVD’s on Wii WITHOUT a modchip and without Zelda is to use:
nintendo-wii-homebrew-unlock-hack.blogspot(DOT)com
Works on any Wii (including 4.0 and 4.1)!

You can. Make sure you have the latest version of Gecko OS. You need to go to the option menu to do configuration.
