you can’t beat a real jog. On your 5th or 6th jog, After 60-90 minutes you get the runners high, from all the anandamide produced.

dont be so negative…..it’s just a game and if u want to loose weight then it’s a nice tool to do so.I luv it! and hope you all do because it’s the fun that matters right?Cause that’s what’s it all about!:)

  22. xoxAngelFirexox Says:

Not all people play Wii Fit to lose weight. It’s just for the fun I think except with more motion. I doubt someone who wants to go on a diet will waste money on a Wii Fit. It’s called walking.

Plus it’s better than sitting around playing regular video games these days. It gets those gamers to play a game that involves more moving. This generation is already washed up with technology it’s good to have something “technology-like” that doesn’t involve sitting and breathing.

    =-)it’s like DDR

  23. SilverWolfz145 Says:

Wii fit is seriously sad once I got it I was excited when I played it, it was fun but its so freaking hard to lose weight in the games i say its a waste

I noticed that too. Kinda ironic that he had ZERO rhythm. Slo-mo girlie hulu — always a bonus, however.
