So what exactly is a Nintendo Wii bundle and what are the benefits of buying one? Usually when you buy a gaming console, stores sell you an incomplete package. By incomplete, this means that you will need to buy one or more games and/or accessories before you actually get that amazing gaming experience promised. A Nintendo Wii bundle will include the console and one or more games and/or accessories necessary to enjoy your new console from the start. When you buy a Nintendo Wii bundle you get the complete deal!

For anyone thinking of buying a Nintendo Wii console, it would be a good idea to consider buying it as a bundle for several reasons.

A bundle deal will enable you to plug in and play right away, so you wont have to wait to get started.

Buying as a bundle will also save you money in terms of; if you spend a little more you actually get the games cheaper than the retailer’s usual full selling price. After all you will obviously be buying at least one game to go with your Nintendo Wii. What use would the console be on its own? You could check the bundle price against individual prices to see just how much you could save.
If time is an issue, buying a bundle will also save you hunting around for games or other necessary extra’s, which would otherwise add to the time and hassle spent on the buying process.
Additionally, a Nintendo Wii bundle will give you a great start to building up your library of games.

Where to find Nintendo Wii Bundles

Many large retailers and gaming stores especially, sell Nintendo Wii bundles, all at varying prices depending on how many games or accessories are thrown in with the deal, and each are competing for your business. Often retailers have special offers or reduce prices by just a few pounds to increase sales. This kind of competitiveness is good for the buyer. Online stores are a good place to look for bundle bargains as they do not have as many overheads to cover as with physical stores, so great savings can be found. Also many online stores offer free delivery so, no only will you save time on a shopping trip you won’t have to pay for the privilege either!

There are obviously many benefits of buying a Nintendo Wii as a bundle deal. Its the most cost effective, time saving and hassle free way of buying your new console and will allow you to have the ultimate experience right away. If you are going to buy a Nintendo Wii console, the best advice would be to consider buying a Wii bundle, shop around and compare prices.
Playing Nintendo Wii games with your friends and family is a great way to spend some time. While you are will be messing around with each other you will also be improving your strategies. Do you ever wonder how your gaming skills stack up against others out there?

One way to find out is to enter various Nintendo Wii competitions. These are really fun events that will allow you to find out. You may already compete against people online so you are used to that. Yet you aren’t going against the best of the best which you will in those competitions.

Some of them will require you to have a certain amount of points on a given game before you can register for the competition. If you aren’t at that level yet then keep on practicing. As your skills improve you can look for other Nintendo Wii competitions to sign up for. They are quite popular so they are going to be around for a very long time.

You may find some of them offered locally at retail stores and gaming stores. They will likely have a limited amount of slots for each age group so make sure you sign up early. There will also be specific rules that apply for each competition so make sure you are well aware of them. You don’t want to end up being disqualified due to not following the rules that were posted.

Most of these types of Nintendo Wii competitions are designed to further promote the gaming system. Some of them are also set up to promote new games that may not be taking off as well as Nintendo has anticipated. It is very likely that the winners of these competitions will end up winning Nintendo Wii games, accessories, and even gaming consoles for their efforts.

You will also find there are many online Nintendo Wii competitions that you can take part in. You may need to surf around to find those for the particular games you are the most interested in. This can be your time to really show off your stuff. There are fabulous prizes including trips and cash for the winners too.

You shouldn’t have to pay to sign up for the various online Nintendo Wii competitions. Shy away from any of them that ask for a membership fee or an entry fee. Always verify that you are registering for a legitimate Nintendo Wii competition. Sadly, there are some scammers out there that will try to take advantage of innocent people who don’t take the time to do so.

There are such competitions for both children and adults. Since they are online it really isn’t possible to verify the ages of those playing. However, you do have to agree to a release form that states you are indeed part of the age group that the Nintendo Wii competition is for.

Children will also need the permission of their parents to participate in these activities. IT can be a great way for your entire family to rally around them and cheer them on for such an event. You will need to take a look around online to find out when such competitions are taking place. The rules can vary for each one so make sure you pay attention to that as well.

It seems like this concept is becoming more popular than ever before. In fact, you can expect to see some big events sponsored by Nintendo in the next couple of years. Most of them will be to promote their newer games and to make sure the interest in the Nintendo Wii doesn’t wane. They have to do all they can to stay ahead of the competition.

Nintendo is also very interested in individualizing the gaming experience for people. So these types of Nintendo Wii competitions are just one more way that they can do so. They want to make sure people feel like they are a part of the game instead of just someone sitting there with a controller in their hands playing it.
After the release of the Xbox and PS2, in the highly competitive world of video gaming consoles it appears like Nintendo was pushed out of the game. Now, with the brand new Xbox 360 and the soon to be released PS3, Nintendo needs to definitely do something cool in order to keep up with the 2 giants that are leading the game so far. Nintendo’s answer to this situation is the in-development-stages Nintendo Wii. Hopefully, this will be a console capable of competing with Xbox 360 and PS3. Will Wii really manage to give Nintendo a breath of relief? Well, only time can show.

Nintedo Wii has been in development for quite some time now. The initial name of the project was Nintendo Revolution but later on, the guys at Nintendo decided to change it’s name to “Wii” (it’s pronounced we). The console itself is a black (it can also come in other colors, that’s a common practice by Nintendo), sleek, rectangular box with a blue, beautiful, LED illuminated slot-receiver. The exterior follows the concept ‘keep it simple and effective’ and it’s completely different from the flashy Xbox 360.

Leaving the eye-candy aside now, let’s talk about the actual features of the Wii console. First of all, Nintendo promised that the Wii will bring a whole new gaming experience upon it’s arrival. Part of the implementation of this plan is a small controller that comes along with Wii. Although it appears just like a simple TV controller, it contains motion sensors; this feature will be utilized in various gameplay aspects. For example, Titles such as Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess and Red Steel take advantage of the new controller technology in order to provide the player with an effective way to aim.

Regarding interior hardware aspects of the Wii, what we know by the moment is that it will be equipped with an IBM CPU, an ATI graphics card and a RAM memory of 512MB. Of course, it features wireless controllers, 2 USB ports and a built in antennae for WiFi internet access. Saddly for those who consider it a must, Wii will not support HD output but it still has the potential to look pretty good on a HDTV due to its wide screen friendly mode and the 480p progressive scan.

The last thing to add is that Wii features an amazing backwards compatibility feature. You can play literally any game that Nintendo has ever produced. Yes, even retro games! Finally, another good thing about the Wii is that it will come at a very affordable price; according to Nintendo it is going to cost something less than 250$!

The latest home gaming console by Nintendo is the Wii. It is the fifth gaming console released by Nintendo, after the GameCube. One of the main features that make it different from other consoles is its one of a kind wireless remote control called the Wii Remote. It’s an amazing pointing device with a movement detector that can locate movements in three dimensions or 3D. Another unique feature of this seventh generation console is its ability to connect to the internet in the standby mode. This way it receives automatic upgrades. This feature has been named WiiConnect24.

Since its launch in 2007, it has outsold all its major competitors like the Xbox 360 by Microsoft and PlayStation 3 by Sony. Its sale reached $30 million which was as much as sales of Xbox and PS3 put together and if you’re considering to buy Wii then there might be stock issues because of the demand.

The groundbreaking handheld wireless remote control is designed in such a manner that it is highly motion sensitive. The console has a built-in Wi-Fi system that enables the player to avail many free internet services and to play online. Wii has been programmed to play all GameCube games and use its controllers.

Nintendo claims that Wii is aimed at a variety of people who probably have never experienced gaming before. That is what the name (pronounced as “we”) aims at hitting home, that is,involving everyone in the gaming fraternity. It has been known that even senior people living in retirement homes have also purchased the game, thanks to a successful advertising campaign. And no other than Queen Elizabeth was reported by a UK Magazine to have played on the console.

The Wii is the smallest home gaming console offered by Nintendo to date. It measures almost the same as three CDs placed together. This makes it highly portable. As compared to Xbox and PS3 it stands as the lightest console.

The SD card, besides saving games, can also load photos and play customizable music during games from MP3s. The Wii Menu can navigate through various internet channels like Wii Shop, Forecast, and Mii Channel. Plans are underway to make more channels available. The remote functions via Bluetooth and allows for gestures to integrate with the game besides just the ordinary buttons.

There has been some criticism against the games offered by Wii as they are not as visually advance as the Xbox 360 ones but then they make up for incorporating flashy visuals by making the main features of the game more interesting and involving.

Another added benefit is the Parental Control option. In case a game that is given a higher credit than the one programmed is tried on the console, it will just not load it. This makes it safer for kids. It also restricts access to the internet.

Wii is the first home system that is 100% backward compatible. Later on, its competitors also integrated the technology into their consoles.

Wii is the best choice for hardcore gamers around the world who want to buy Wii games, for its one of a kind sensibility and cheaper price. Xbox 360 may offer higher graphics on its game and PS3 may offer most of the features of Wii, yet the former bets too much on the graphics of its games as compared to any other distinguishing feature and the latter happens to stand quite expensive next to Wii and has disappointed gamers in its offer of gaming titles.
Over the years, the development of accessories has taken gaming to new levels of sophistication.

Nintendo Wii is no exception and brings to the gaming industry a product that will be popular with all members of the family, is reasonably priced, and is technologically sound. With the Wii, Nintendo has created an interactive experience. You will be left wondering how Nintendo did it. With the release of the Wii, Nintendo will be able to maintain it’s market presence and at the same time give its customers great value for money.

The Nintendo Wii has a set of accessories designed to provide more capabilities when playing games. Some of these accessories are as follows:

The Wii remote is a single-handed remote control device and is responsive to pointing, movements, as well as being user friendly. It has wireless functions and works using a short-range Bluetooth radio. You can use a maximum of four controllers at a distance of up to five meters from the Wii sensor. It is multi-functional and allows nimble use, can be used horizontally, as well as like a steering wheel. According to experts, the design will enable experienced players to hold a remote in each hand, or a Nunchuk in one and a remote in the other. Technically advanced, it can sense movement and orientation. The remote can identify linear motion along three axes. The optical sensor can determine the direction. According to CNET the pointer can get jerky or twitchy. And, the tilt control requires a light touch. The remote controls are not changeable and players have to stay with Wii’s calibrations.

The Nunchuk is a device that can be plugged into the Wii remote. It has an analog stick and two buttons and can be used in games such as Red Steel and Twilight Princess. The Nunchuk also has motion sensors and allows gamers to perform specific character actions, like a spinning slash attack. According to popular opinion, the Nunchuk will become a very popular accessory.

The Nintendo Classic Controller is the classic-style expansion controller which can be used with the Wii remote slotted in to play games by using a traditional game pad. It is to be used to play existing games, virtual console games, and multiplatform games. It connects to the Wii remote through a cord.

Targeted at the gaming market, the Nintendo Wii may not be popular if buyers are looking for graphics and special effects. The main features of the Wii are it’s motion-sensing, remote , pseudo-reality controls, and internet capabilities. The whole family can enjoy playing with a Wii. You may need to buy a second controller for your family once you all have spent hours playing golf, bowling, and even boxing. You may not need to buy any other games than the ones which come packaged with the system. Some people only play the sports games that came with the Wii package. Playing Wii games may require you to bend your knees and step into the flow of things.
